Almost burned down

This candle almost burned my apt down, and the owners are trying not to take accountability of it! I have a video if anyone wants to see how the candle from the inside caught on fire! Like the owner told me do what’s best for me so I’ll see him in court! Beware of these candles

LM is 100% correct that I asked LM to please do what’s best for her. This is after Me (Raffi – The Owner) handled her outreach for her incident as I take such occurrences very seriously. During the busy holiday season, immediately made sure our insurance was deployed and I followed up from my vacation from South America during Christmas and New Year to provide the customer service she deserves. The carrier was authorized by me to cover all her medical expenses. When hundreds of thousands of candles are sold, anomalies in performance are inevitable but not normal. LM: I continue to be available to you as I have been in the past, and I urge you to share not only what was not what you were looking for, but the good as well: every step of the way I was with you even during family time during the holidays as I take this very seriously. I have posted the video that you are referring to both on Tiktok and Instagram as a PSA for all to see as educational video since its important for all candle owners to know the best practices of using and handling candles. Thank you for sharing the video so we can help others learn from your experience.
