A store credit will be issued upon the return of the bracelet on condition that it has not been scratched. We suggest you remove all your jewelry when you are ready to try on your new bracelet. In the event the bracelet does not fit, please place it exactly the way it was packaged and return to us for our inspection. Only after inspection and confirmation that there are no visible scratches on the bracelet, will we issue a store credit. In the event we find scratches, then we will ship the bracelet back to you without issuing a credit. Please note that we document by taking pictures of every single bracelet with the order prior to shipping. Thank you for your understanding of the terms.

The bracelet is beautiful and has a unique design, although it feels a bit bulky on a smaller wrist. My first shipment arrived without the bracelet, but after I called and left a message, the company did send the missing item, and I appreciate that they corrected the mistake. However, I also emailed customer service with a question about a return and never received a response. My biggest concern is the price. In my opinion, $500 is simply too expensive for costume jewelry, and while I like the bracelet, I would not purchase it again at that price. Better customer service and a more reasonable price would have made for a much better overall experience.
The bracelet is very nice but it is too small and I can’t wear it. I’m trying to think of any ideas but it is difficult. I’ve tried to contact Thompson Ferrier but I got no answer. Very disappointing
I love the quality of the bracelet. I also love the fact that is such a wonderful accessory. This gentleman keeps his word. And stands by his product. I have to say I have done business with him for quite a while and I have never been disappointed. Do I recommend it 100% very classy to wear
