Shipping and Handling to Canada
International Shipping calculated at checkout with UPS. Canadian recipients will pay for shipping, taxes and duties on all orders. Thompson Ferrier will not reimburse Canadian recipients for these charges.
All orders placed on our Website are usually processed within 7 working days. Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation and estimated date of delivery by email. When the order is shipped, you will receive another email containing tracking information and delivery date. If for any reason an item is out of stock, we will notify you by either email or telephone. You will not be charged for any item that is out of stock. Partial shipments will be processed and will be billed accordingly.
Due to the customs paperwork of international shipments, an extra charge of US $6.00 is included in our shipping costs to goods shipped outside of the United States.
Orders placed for goods delivered ships via UPS Ground unless otherwise specified. UPS ground shipping typically takes 7-10 business days for arrival. All orders will be shipped within 72 to 120 hours from processing date unless otherwise noted. We ship Monday-Friday and any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed the following working Monday. Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. Box addresses.

Thompson Ferrier currently only ships to selected countries internationally. In addition to the United States and Canada, Thompson Ferrier ships to: Afghanistan, Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Australia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Bahrain, Belarus, Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, China, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Egypt, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Iran, Iraq, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Jordan, Kuwait, Latvia, Lebanon, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Macedonia, Malta, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Oman, Palestinian Territories, Poland, Portugal, Qatar, Romania, Russia, San Marino, Saudi Arabia, Serbia, Slovakia, Slovenia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Syria, Turkey, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Vatican City and Yemen.

Each item will be packed and shipped in individual boxes. Example: 3 items purchased - you will receive 3 separate shipments.

First-Class International and Standard International Shipping orders typically take 3-6 weeks for delivery. All orders will be shipped within 24 to 48 hours from processing date unless otherwise noted. We ship Monday-Friday and any orders placed on Saturday or Sunday, will be processed the following working Monday.
The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient; Thompson Ferrier has no control over these charges, nor can Thompson Ferrier predict what they may be.
Return, Refund, and Exchange Policy
At Thompson Ferrier, customer satisfaction is our top priority and we make sure every order is inspected before they are shipped to you. Please inspect your order carefully as Thompson Ferrier cannot accept your return due to the delicate nature of our product. In the event your order is damaged upon delivery, please contact our customer service department within three business days and we will try our best to resolve any issues. Only store credit is offered on all orders cancelled prior to shipping.

If your tracking number begins with LN as in this Example - LN123456789US then please use the link below to track. Tracking number will be sent via email once orders are shipped. Please allow 24-28 hours for tracking to appear.
