Return Policy Terms
A store credit will be issued upon the return of the bracelet on condition that it has not been scrathed. We suggest you remove all your jewelry when you are ready to try on your new bracelet. In the event the bracelet does not fit, please place it exactly the way it was packaged and return to us for our inspection. Only after inspection and confirmation that there are no visable scratches on the bracelet, will we issue a store credit. In the event we find scratches, then we will ship the bracelet back to you without issueing a credit. Please note that we document by taking pictures of every single bracelet with the order prior to shipping. Thank you for your understanding of the terms.

I still can’t believe how the videos were great at deceiving its target audience on its size. But unless you’re a woman or an adolescent male, there’s no way this thing could fit you. I requested for a return (I know they don’t do refunds…only store credit) but I have yet to see an email with instructions.
I received the second bracelet In turquoise. The first, in black, is beautiful and I didn’t think it could get any better. Boy, was I wrong. The bracelet is beautiful designed. The quality is evident even at a distance. Every time I wear it I get compliments, questions, and admiration. It’s a great conversation starter - especially when you explain the fragrance aspect. The turquoise with gold details is extra special and worth every penny. Love it. 5 ⭐️
My favorite wife’s braclet that I got for Christmas is having a problem with it coming unlatched and slipping from her wrist . I attempted to get in touch last week and I have not heard back .
Lovely bracelet I've received many compliments already. More so than my watches & holds fragrance very well. I love getting the true smell of them on the ceramic!
