LM is 100% correct that I asked LM to please do what’s best for her. This is after Me (Raffi – The Owner) handled her outreach for her incident as I take such occurrences very seriously. During the busy holiday season, immediately made sure our insurance was deployed and I followed up from my vacation from South America during Christmas and New Year to provide the customer service she deserves.
