Oils separated from wax

I ordered one of these for my wife wax and oil separated after first use I emailed and asked for advice he messaged me back straight away to inform me he was going live and would deal with the issue tomorrow well tomorrow never came emailed a few times since and no response I just wanted advice if it could still be used as the oils have came to the top for would have been a simple yes or no shame as the customer service side of things put me off buying anymore products would of just liked a response to my issue
