Our Order Processing Terms

Every one of your candles is individually poured in our NYC studio. It usually takes around 3 to 5 business days before your candle ships out. By agreeing to these terms, you understand that it will take 3 to 5 days before your candle leaves our NYC candle making studio. Our individual hand pouring method allows for everyone in the Thompson Ferrier community to customize their candle by choosing a unique vessel and fragrance.
