Why Hasn't My Order Shipped?

Our candles are custom made to order. Please allow 5-7 business days for us to pour and dry your candles before they ship out. You will receive tracking updates as soon as your order has left our NYC atelier.


Is There Anything I Should Know Before Lighting My Candle?

To ensure a clean burn, please trim your wicks to less than 1/4 inch before burning. Do not burn the candle for more than 4 hours or leave the flames unattended.


How Do I Prevent Tunneling?


To avoid tunneling, please keep your candle lit until there is an even pool of wax across the top of your candle.


What Do I Do Once The Candle Is Empty? Do You Sell Wax Refills?


Wax refills are available in our Grand Alligator & Grand Elephant collections. Once the wax in your candle has run out, you can use the vessel as a vase. CLICK HERE for a video on how to repurpose your empty candle.

Can I Return Or Exchange A Candle? What If It Arrives Damaged?


Due to the delicate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Should your candle arrive damaged, please send a photo of the damage, along with your order number to info@thompsonferrier.com
