I want to preface this with the fact I have never written a bad review about a product. I am extremely unconfrontational, so this is out of character for me, but I do feel the need to warn other people about this company. I had found this product after joining a luxury candle Reddit forum. The Palo Santo scent seemed to be the most recommended. I received the candle, and did not like it all.....the scent was so overpowering I felt sick immediately. It was not a pleasant overpowering scent. I do admit I had spent way too much money on a blind buy, lesson learned. And everyone does have a different candle scent preference. I had purchased the BOGO deal, so one candle I had burned for about an hour, and the other unopened. Raffi quickly responded to my original email which was nice, and a resolution was promised. Several weeks had gone by, I realized he was just not responding to me, and the deal ignored. I followed up on the resolution deal a few times, with no reply. This is probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. For spending so much on a Luxury Candle, you should be happy with product. And to then be ghosted by the customer service is ridiculous, after a resolution was promised. I'd recommend not blind buying this product and save your money.

I want to start by acknowledging two things clearly: first, fragrance is deeply personal, and it’s completely valid that this scent was not right for you. Our fragrances are intentionally bold and expressive, and while many love that intensity, it isn’t for everyone — and that’s okay.
Second, and more importantly, I’m sorry that you felt ignored after a resolution was discussed. That should never be how you feel after trusting us with a purchase, especially at this level.
During Black Friday and Cyber Monday, we experienced an overwhelming surge of orders and messages beyond what we anticipated. While that context explains the delay, it does not excuse the lack of follow-up you experienced — and for that, I truly apologize.
Raffi does personally answer customer messages whenever possible because he cares deeply about the people who support this brand. Knowing him, this lapse is not reflective of how he intends to show up for our customers, and your feedback is being taken seriously.
