I’m Ruined!

Seriously! I saw Raffi on TikTok a couple of times & started to really like the guy - he grows on you, ya know— so, I bought a candle! I can’t believe this company . The candle arrived, and the fragrance wafted through the packaging as I greeted it at the front door. By the time I opened and lit it, I felt like I was in an upscale New York hotel lobby sipping a Martini at a sexy piano bar . Now, well- I’m ruined! I’ll never be able to enjoy another candle from any other candlemaker again. The luxury of this candle looks like silk, smells like designer satin, and burns slow & smooth like your best lover! I’ve since purchased a few more candles, & now I bought this beautiful diffuser set. Raffi certainly is walking his talk- you wont be disappointed! Treat yo-self! So worth it!

UPDATE - I received a phone call from Jack to help resolve the issue. He immediately sent a replacement and it did not disappoint! I'm impressed with the follow up and resolutions process. My beloved gardenia scent filled my home and brought a smile to my face. Thank you Jack and Raffi!

Fragrance - I truly cannot detect any fragrance
I've been watching Raffi on TikTok and was so thrilled to place my order during a live show. Gardenia is my sentimental favorite fragrance and the container is so beautiful. Initially I believed that after I lit the candle the fragrance would develop and my room would be filled with the smell of gardenias. Alas, it did not. I do not mean it was faint, I literally cannot detect any fragrance. My bad for not contacting customer service as it surpassed the 3 day time period in which to report issues. Update - Jack jumped in to help and I'm so happy to report their products are as amazing as I'd hoped. In summary, I enjoyed every aspect of this transaction!
